Hi I am Coco,
My hair journey started way back when I was 14 years old and was introduced to the salon world by the legendary Kewpie ( @daughter_of_d6 ).
The salon has always served as a safe space for creative types/ the LGBT community and the occasional mother needing some dire “Me-Time” lol. So naturally it’s always been home to me. I have been fortunate enough to hone my skills over the years in Asia , Europe and Africa , not bad for a kid from the Cape Flats.
So after all these years I am happy to announce that I am finally opening my own salon. Not only will this serve as a salon but my wish is that it serves all my clients as a sanctuary, a safe space and above all a place of therapy 😊.
